Stick to the 4 principles to have a good night’s SLEEP

SLEEP is important to our physical and mental health. A good SLEEP gives us energy and a good mood. To have a good night’s SLEEP, you need to have a regular daily rhythm, a balanced diet, sufficient physical exercises and a comfortable sleeping environment. Please try to stick to the four principles. Then you can sleep well.

Balanced Diet

  • Reduce intake of caffeine and nicotine, such as coffee, tea and cigarette;
  • Do not eat too much or drink before sleeping

Sufficient Physical Exercises

  • Exercise regularly;
  • Avoid high-intensity exercise in the evening

Comfortable Sleeping Environment

  • Make your room dark, quiet and at the right temperature. Prepare comfortable beddings;
  • Allow time for yourselves to unwind before bed;
