Speak with your Fingertips: Sand Painting and Sharing Workshop

How do we express ourselves other than verbal communication? Through sand painting, there are many ways to reflect our feelings and thoughts. We have invited sand painting artist Jessica from Arts with the Disabled Association, who will guide us in using fingertips to express ourselves.

Jessica came into contact with sand painting through activities in the hospital and has since developed a strong interest in creating sand paintings. She has found this artform helpful in relieving emotions and stress, so even though her eyesight is affected by diabetes, she has not stopped her art pursuits and has successfully created paintings of her own unique style with strong colours.

In this workshop, you will learn basic skills of sand painting and create a unique sand painting of your own, while enjoying the instructor’s sharing of her artistic experience. Come join us and share a wonderful sand painting journey with Jessica!
