Hello everyone! Greetings from uPals. We hope you had a good winter break! We are organising a cycling trip in late January on a route near CUHK. Looking for an adventure? Need to kill time between classes and clear your head? Or perhaps you want to discover scenic paths and visit new places? Come tag along!
This will be an experience for students to partake in an easy bike ride along Shing Mun River, while enjoying the view and environment. Hopefully through this event students can find other people who would like to explore Hong Kong’s various biking trails and reconnect with nature.

As you may know, we have previously organised the ‘Ataraxy’ IG Challenge to figure out some of your favourite relaxing spots in CUHK. We received an overwhelming response during the collection period, and it’s time for the next exciting phase!

Autumn is the best season for hiking and breathing fresh air in the countryside. Sunshine At CUHK invites you to join the Mindful Walk in the Forest 2.0 🌄 to purify our mind together. We will step out of CUHK campus, and follow the certified guides of the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides & Programs to reawaken the five senses and experience the healing power of the forest in Tai Po Kau Nature Reserve. In the midst of midterms, assignments and projects, we would like to introduce you to our IG challenge ‘Ataraxy- Be in your own space’.
