In the face of this pandemic, our emotions often run like a rollercoaster as each outbreak unfolds. You may be dealing with a wide range of emotions such as anxiety, sadness, guilt, fear of uncertainty, and frustration. Addressing these issues, we invited speakers to discuss how we can cope with these emotional rollercoasters and situations beyond our control.

  • How to regulate our emotions when facing pandemic and quarantine
  • How to resume our daily routine after quarantine
